Working closely with operational leaders, you will help shape the future of the business by identifying and recruiting individuals who will actively contribute to the company’s long‑term success.Main responsibilitiesDesign and execute high‑impact talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure top‑tier talentProactively identify, engage and headhunt critical profiles to support key business prioritiesBuild and nurture strong partnerships with schools, job boards and, when required, specialized recruitment agenciesActively represent the company at recruitment fairs and talent events, and collaborate closely with schools and universities to elevate the employer brandLead the full‑cycle recruitment process end‑to‑end, in close partnership with hiring managers and HRBPIdentify and develop strategic, long‑term partnerships with key academic institutions (schools and universities)Track, analyze and leverage recruitment KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑makingContinuously challenge and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and deliver an outstanding candidateMain requirementsMaster’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification and 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentA proactive, detail‑oriented, and dynamic mindset, communication skillsStrong awareness of the retail environment and its business driversWhat’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
