Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possibleJOB DESCRIPTIONYour role:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and selecting top talent across the organization, especially Retail Team. Working closely with operational leaders, you will help shape the future of the business by identifying and recruiting individuals who will actively contribute to the company's long‐term success.Main responsibilities: • Design and execute high-impact talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent• Proactively identify, engage and headhunt critical profiles to support key business priorities• Build and nurture strong partnerships with schools, job boards and, when requiredspecialized recruitment agencies• Actively represent the company at recruitment fairs and talent events, and collaborate closely with schools and universities to elevate the employer brand• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, in close partnership with hiring managers and HRBP• Identify and develop strategic, long-term partnerships with key academic institutions (schools and universities)• Track, analyze and leverage recruitment KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making• Continuously challenge and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and deliver an outstanding candidate experienceMain requirements:• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification and 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment• A proactive, detail‐oriented, and dynamic mindset, combined with excellent communication skills• Strong awareness of the retail environment and its business driversWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
