You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 2 dedicated to Talent Acquisition and a manager, focusing on our R&D department (Engineering, Product) and IT & Security. Together, we aim to build an outstanding candidate journey and attract the brightest talents to help Pigment thrive.What you''ll doHeadhunt top talent for our Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and reaching out to great profilesAssess candidates through screening applications and the entire hiring process until onboarding for the roles you ownDeliver an excellent candidate experience, making every interaction meaningful and aligned with our valuesPartner with hiring managers, coaching them on best practices and sharing feedback to make hiring smoother and sharperOwn projects that shape our TA strategy: candidate experience improvements (communication flows, feedback loops, transparency), interview calibration and training with hiring managers, employer branding initiatives to strengthen our visibility in the tech ecosystemTrack and share insights by monitoring talent acquisition metrics to celebrate successes and spot areas for improvementWho you areYou have solid experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, with exposure to Engineering hiring (from Junior to Staff engineer)You bring an entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy challenges, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get hands-onYou have great communication skills: you connect easily with people, build trust with candidates and colleagues, and know how to pitch with impactYou’re organized and structured, able to lead projects and make the most of productivity tools to juggle prioritiesYou’re curious and eager to learn, thriving when given autonomyYou’re pragmatic and problem-solving oriented, with an analytical eye to back decisionsYou’re fluent in French & English, both spoken and written, as you’ll be working with international candidates dailyWhat we offerCompetitive packageEquityHealthcare: Alan Blue for you and your familyBrand new offices in the heart of Paris, London, New York, and TorontoRemote-friendly policyWe conduct background checks as part of our hiring process, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.
