Our entire focus is bringing reliable, high-speed wifi to rural communities, and we want you to put us to the test.Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.The Travel Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for supporting our travel operations by managing all aspects of travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives. This individual will ensure all travel plans run smoothly and align with our company's schedules and budgetary constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, book, and arrange all travel-related aspects including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation needs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and safety advisories within the USA.Provide end-to-end travel support, including preparing itineraries, managing travel emergencies, and offering solutions to travel-related problems.Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure advantageous terms.Track and manage travel expenses and budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Maintain organized records of all travel documents, receipts, and itineraries.Offer personalized travel advice and support to travelers regarding destinations, transportation options, travel documents, and other travel-related inquiries.Why Join Us: We offer a competitive salary, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
