OverviewJoin to apply for the Plant breeding project manager role at Doriane.As an Agronomist / breeding project Manager, you will be at the intersection of plant breeding, data, and digital transformation. Your mission is to ensure the successful deployment and continuous improvement of Bloomeo breeding, our new software dedicated to managing breeding programs— helping seed companies and plant breeders streamline their processes, manage germplasm, and make smarter breeding decisions.ResponsibilitiesLead SaaS software implementation projects from start to finish: coordinate planning, delivery and adoption with clients ranging from SMEs to large organizations.Collaborate with Doriane’s agronomy, sales, R&D, and data teams to ensure our software reaches our clients’ expected outcomes.Translate field and client feedback into product improvements and new features, working closely with Doriane internal Product and Tech teams.Train and support users, lead change management, organize workshops, understand clients’ breeding processes, and guide toward best practices in digital and data management.Contribute to national and international R&I collaborations projects, leveraging Bloomeo to structure and analyze complex multi-site datasets and advance breeding research.From 3–7 years in plant breeding research or in a seed companySolid background in plant breeding processes, field trial design and data analysisInterest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, and data-driven agricultureFluent in English (another European language is a plus, especially Spanish or German)Autonomous, structured, and proactive, with strong communication skillsPassionate about innovation and sustainable agricultureQualificationsFrom 3–7 years in plant breeding research or in a seed companySolid background in plant breeding processes, field trial design and data analysisInterest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, and data-driven agricultureFluent in English (another European language is a plus, especially Spanish or German)Autonomous, structured, and proactive, with strong communication skillsPassionate about innovation and sustainable agricultureSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Doriane by 2xProject detailsProject Manager – Agronomy & Innovation (AgriTech)Be proactive & Apply Installation Project Manager opportunities in Monaco (local contract)We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
