Executive Project Manager

**About The Role**:
**About this opportunity**

Executive professional Project Manager, responsible for managing Gleeds projects and leading the team in the South of France, as well as driving the growth in the region.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships. Driving business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the office, aligning with Gleeds' overall business objectives.
- Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
- Leading the successful delivery of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Producing and presenting to customers, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Managing teams to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure effective team´s collaboration and performance.
- Mentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potential.
- Preparing bids for services.
- Managing service delivery for profit.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network in the South of France to support business growth.
- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.

**About You**:
**Who we’re looking for**:
**Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills**
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the South of France - Real Estate / Buildings.
- Excelente knowledge of regional market (Côte d'Azur)
- Experience of work on a consultancy / owner representative side (AMO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in French and English is essential.

**Qualifications**
- University degree - Engineering, Architecture
