Your role As an HR Business Partner you will drive HR excellence and support organisational goals through expert HR advice, coaching, and change partnership. Responsibilities Support HR annual wheel activities and roll‑out of initiatives such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys. Provide advice and coaching to leaders on operational and tactical HR tasks. Act as a change partner supporting organisational changes and new ways of working. Support the HR Director on all works council and union‑related matters. Manage and resolve complex employee‑relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary. A supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Your qualifications A university degree in HR. At least 5 years as an HR generalist, with experience in performance management, employee relations, and development. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to lead change in functional and matrixed environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
