Coordinate and lead internal and external project teams. Ensure compliance with company project management procedures. Maintain a strong and trusted relationship with the client. Monitor project progress and adapt strategies as needed. Qualifications At least 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the yachting industry. Background in engineering preferably mechanical engineering. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Client-focused, organized, and methodical. Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure. Passion for yachting and sustainability. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
