Our client is a small to medium-sized enterprise specialized in custom projects in the luxury sector, particularly for yachts. They are strongly committed to providing their clients with solutions that combine quality and beauty, with a focus on customization. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager / Project Manager (M/F). Work location: Saint Mandrier or La Ciotat. **Le poste**: As a Business Development Manager / Project Manager, you will report hierarchically to the Director of Projects. Your main role will be to lead and oversee projects of high technical and financial value, within a luxury environment. You will be the essential link between our clients and the various departments of the company, taking charge of commercial, technical, and financial aspects. Here is an overview of your responsibilities: - Project management, ensuring profitability and achieving objectives set by the management. - Commercial management of projects / Sales administration. - HR management, participating in recruitment, evaluation, and skills management processes, and validating the hours worked by your teams. - Supervision of work, planning methods and work schedules required for project completion in collaboration with the Production Director. - Ensuring the safety of your teams in all circumstances. - Procurement, ordering specific materials for your projects and organizing necessary repairs for their smooth progress. **Profil recherché**: With a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, you have previous experience in a similar environment, ideally in the yachting or luxury sector. As our clients are primarily English-speaking, fluency in English is imperative. You have strong project management skills, combining a commercial, technical, and financial perspective. You have the ability to work in a team with a collaborative mindset, as well as the capacity to take on responsibilities and handle stress. Good evaluation and team motivation skills, compliance with hygiene, safety rules, and work instructions. Availability and adaptability required to meet the demands of the yachting industry.
