CATEGORY MANAGER - VINS/ SPIRITUEUX (H/F)Join to apply for the CATEGORY MANAGER - VINS/ SPIRITUEUX (H/F) role at ProcemoEn tant que Category Manager vous aurez pour fonctions au sein de notre client partenaire, leader de la grande distribution, de :ResponsibilitiesAnalyser les performances des catégories (Chiffre d’affaires, rentabilité, volumes de vente, et besoins des clients).Identifier les axes stratégiques en evaluant les forces, faiblesses, opportunités et menaces sur le marché (analyse SWOT).Définir la stratégie catégorielle en elaborant les recommandations sur les gammes prioritaires, les évolutions de l’offre (lancements, suppressions) et les opportunités d’innovation produit.Piloter la relation avec les équipes internes en collaborant avec les équipes achats, merchandising, référentiel et commerciales pour assurer une coordination optimale.Suivre les performances en pilotant les tableaux de bord pour le suivi des ventes par rayon et proposer des plans d’action correctifs si nécessaire.Gérer les projets merchandising en négociant et supervisant la mise en place des stratégies merchandising, garantissant une exécution parfaite en magasin.Optimiser l’offre produits en assurant la cohérence et la pertinence des offres promotionnelles et des plans d’animation commerciale.QualificationsUne formation Bac +4/5 en marketing, école de commerce ou équivalent universitaireUne expérience d’au moins 2 ans sur un poste similaire avec une expérience sur la même catégorie (bières/ spiritueux) idéalement en grande distributionUne maîtrise du Pack Office, avec une excellente capacité analytique et une sensibilité aux chiffresDes qualités personnelles : Curiosité, rigueur, pragmatisme, réactivité et adaptabilitéAu-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité N'hésitez plus, postulez et rejoignez la nouvelle génération de Consultants Achats & Supply Chain.Tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.Vous souhaitez donner du sens à votre carrière et vous investir dans un vrai projet d’entreprise dont vous serez l’acteur ?
