We’re now building an AI‑powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. What you will do As User Acquisition Manager, you will define and implement Joko’s user acquisition strategy across all markets and platforms (mobile app and web). Your goal will be to grow Joko’s user base and maximize user value. You will be part of the Growth department within the Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Growth. Your Responsibilities Will Be Drive strategic thinking in user acquisition: participate in strategic discussions around how we drive user growth and make the best use of our acquisition budget across all potential levers. Optimize acquisition profitability and budget allocation: own and refine the channel mix and investment strategy to maximize the LTV/CAC ratio, continuously monitoring performance and reallocating spend to the most profitable levers. Manage online paid advertising campaigns: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels (Social Media Ads, Ad Networks, Apple Ads, Google, etc.), diving deep into performance data to identify, test, and implement growth opportunities. Drive creative excellence: analyze ad performance to derive actionable insights and guide iterations. Partner with internal Design and Social Media teams and external resources (creators, tools, AI solutions) to continuously test and produce top‑performing creatives efficiently. Maximise our App Stores performance (ASO) through continual benchmarking and testing to increase visibility and conversion on the app and browser extension stores. Contribute to building a world‑class UA team by staying up to date with industry developments, ad channel features, and market best practices, ensuring Joko stays ahead of UA innovations. Collaborate with Product, Data, and CRM to ensure consistency across the user funnel and coordinate efforts in reaching the company’s growth ambition. Who We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years successful experience in B2C mobile app paid acquisition and ASO; you fully master user acquisition platforms, tools, and OS technicalities. Languages: Native‑level French speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken). Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to explain complex concepts simply. Analytical skills: Passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data to drive actionable insights. Methodology: Experienced with experimentation methodology, able to learn and adapt quickly to dynamic business goals. Curiosity: Very curious and enthusiastic about emerging trends, channels, and technologies. Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys challenges and getting hands‑on. Attention to detail: Meticulous, spotting flaws efficiently. Efficiency: Comfortable with productivity tools, delivering on time across multiple stakeholders.
