Senior Project Manager

Position Summary We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a key member of the Implementation team, leading implementations of E-Commerce Services for SPS Commerce Clients. You will utilize best practice project management methodologies and processes for all SPS Commerce programs; including defining project scope, objectives, business outcomes and high-level milestones. You will manage a broad and dynamic workload, in-depth analysis of work, and incorporation of strategic goals. This is a crucial role for ensuring seamless progression and timely delivery of complex projects. This person will manage all critical communications with diverse internal (sales, consulting and customer support) and external stakeholders and operate effectively within an international business environment. This person will have expertise in managing expectations and building consensus among a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support Creating and maintaining project work schedules, tracking customer requirements and translating customer requests into project deliverables Coordinating delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time while managing project risks and issues Defining and communicating expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organization Completing post-project analysis and driving positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management Location This is a hybrid role based in our Montpellier office Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years project management experience within the software industry (experience with SaaS models is highly preferred) Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task; proven ability to handle multiple projects Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment Native French and business fluent English Preferred Qualifications Experience developing processes in a technology-based service organization Managing projects in a technology-based service organization ERP system knowledge Prior Supply Chain experience Experience with e-Invoicing What We Offer A competitive compensation package A company laptop and phone Hybrid role Working closely with our French team, known for its collaborative spirit and strong team cohesion.
