Youll work closely with our Customer Success Managers Product Partner & Marketing teams to identify new opportunities lead strategic initiatives and ensure our clients continuously see value from our solutions.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution building strong client relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to unlock growth.ResponsibilitiesClient Growth & StrategyDevelop and execute tailored growth strategies for existing clients to align SaleCycles solutions with client goals and to meet & exceed individual sales targets.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and priorities.Map client organisations to uncover new stakeholders and open new doors.Build long-term strategic partnerships focused on delivering measurable business impact.Provide clients with insights on industry trends product updates and best practices.Stay informed about competitors and market trends to position SaleCycle as a strategic partner.Collaboration & Internal AlignmentPartner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention while driving incremental revenue.Work hand-in-hand with the Product team to share client feedback contribute to innovation projects and test new features or solutions.Collaborate with external partners when relevant to extend our product offering or build joint solutions based on client requests.Execution & InnovationLead or participate in pilot programs process improvements and go-to-market initiatives.Bring structure and clarity to complex accounts building actionable growth roadmaps.Continuously test learn and refine your approach to maximise impact.About youExcellent spoken written and reading skills in English and any additional languages would be a plus.2 years of experience in account management business development or client strategy in a SaaS tech or digital marketing environment.A proven experience of selling to major brands within Retail Travel Fashion (preferred).Knowledge of the digital industry with preferred experience / awareness of the benefits of software as a Service and an affiliate network environment (desirable).Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyse plan and execute growth initiatives.Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and meet revenue targets.Organisational skills to balance and prioritise numerous tasks.Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.A good experience using Hubspot LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales Prospecting tools.Comfortable adapting to change and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial spirit : curious solution-oriented and eager to contribute to building new processes.Why Join UsWe value our employees at SaleCycle so we offer great benefits perks and incentives in addition to a competitive salary.Be part of a collaborative ambitious team driving measurable client success.Work on innovative projects with cross-functional teams.Opportunity to shape the growth strategy of key clients across multiple marketsA great location : bright and modern office in the heart of ParisAn international environment : work daily with a multicultural dynamic andcollaborative team that values learning and innovation.Flexible hybrid working25 days annual leave public holidays your birthday off increase holidays for length of serviceAnnual company meet-upMonthly social fundLong Service AwardsOffice snacksHealth insurance with AlanMeal vouchers with SwileFor all our perks please visit our website & Equal OpportunitiesIf you have a medical condition or require adjustments to our process let us know so we can support you and ensure you have the best possible interview experience.We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity.
