So, fasten your seatbelt and join us on this exciting journeyYour ImpactEfficy is now looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and manage the projects with the customer, to be responsible for drafting and approving the functional specifications, and to follow up on the implementation of the technical solutions with its team of developers in Paris, France.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading and managing the deliverables to deliver the CRM solution for external customersFollow up on the scope of the customers\' expectations and focus on the standard features of our CRMCoordinate and facilitate all activity to ensure successful delivery of their projects or programsBe responsible of the budget follow-up and the the profitability study of projects.Define a project implementation plan to address improvement opportunitiesFollow up with customers, communicating potential future standards and benefitsAssist technical teams in the development of the projectLead the delivery with the team and client through the implementation processManage the expectations of the customersComplete implementation (cost and effort) estimates that are attainable and measurablePrioritize activities to meet the requirementsImprove existing approaches into fresh, alternative solutionsAct as a liaison between customers, stakeholders and technical teamsFollow-up and qualify the tickets during the recipe and post-production phasesAbout YOU+3 years in project management/analysis, consulting background is a plusAbility to lead several projects at once that have a common goalFlexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if neededStrong analytic skills, background in functional analysis requiredExperience with CRM and custom solutionsStrong track record of leading successful change projects/programs from start to finish as the leadAbility to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regard to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and qualityDemonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectationsUnderstanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programsAbility to capture the current state of the customer businesses and map out processes to implement solutions to customer\'s complex business issues by respecting the standard of our applicationExcellent communication skills in French + EnglishWe offer YOUA stable and growing company with an entrepreneurial mindset, where your ideas are valued, and we support you in making them happenHigh flexibility-hybrid work is part of our DNAState-of-the-art offices where teamwork is the normInternational growth opportunities and internal mobilityA competitive salary package with a bonus system and a referral programEngaging events: team lunches, after-work gatherings, sports activities, and tripsLearning opportunities: languages, technology, product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership developmentDo you have questions about this position?
