Product Director Fibre and Infrastructure Apply for the Product Director Fibre and Infrastructure role at euNetworks. euNetworks is looking for a skilled and experienced Product Director to develop and lead our Infrastructure strategy, including product performance, customer experience and commercial success. You will lead a team of 1–3 Product Managers, supported by a Data Analyst and Product Marketing Manager. You will own specific products including Long‑haul Fibre (inc. ILAs), Metro Fibre, Colocation & Edge. What will you be doing? Commercial success Deliver performance against budget with sustainable revenue growth, high margins and increasing market share. Develop and underpin future performance forecasts with a clear strategy, new‑product roadmap, operational plan and active risk‑management plan. Work with Sales and Infrastructure Investment to identify network growth opportunities, build business cases and deliver the intended benefit. Own reduction in cost base and improvement of process speed and efficiency through analysis and optimisation, without sacrificing quality or value. Drive continuous innovation and adapt products and propositions according to market dynamics, opportunities and customer needs. Monitor evolving conditions and forecast market trends, leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in new solution roll‑outs. Own the continuous improvement of product performance and customer journey throughout the product life cycle. Drive customer loyalty and brand recognition through excellence in product delivery, performance, availability and customer experience. Support Marketing, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing with confident leadership and articulation of go‑to‑market strategy, thought leadership, PR, training, collateral and competitive intelligence. Team management Be a great manager, leader and mentor of your direct reports. Invest in their professional development to create a high‑performing, motivated and empowered team. What do we want from you? Technical knowledge High‑level technical understanding of photonic and transponder layers, colocation and fibre. Good understanding of business and financial KPIs and confidence in applying them to decision‑making. Experience in business modelling and case development, taking proposals through feasibility to financial approval and market launch. Familiarity with the Telecom infrastructure market, key players and trends to guide competitive positioning. Qualifications / Experience Experience with product life cycle and best practices. Commercial experience in the Telecoms, Hosting or Outsource IT industries. Experience working directly with sales teams – providing commercial leadership and market support. Experience working directly with operations and engineering teams – providing clear product requirements and prioritisation. Skills Ability to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
