Job Description Type of contract / Length: Full time (permanent contract) Missions: Full remote, hybrid or on site (Grenoble, France) Responsibilities Providing responsive and effective support for users through our help desk system Delivering solutions that leverage our product stack to resolve customer issues Conducting training sessions for users preparing for their first-level certification Demonstrating our products to potential customers, showcasing key features and benefits Collaborating closely with our skilled team to continuously improve customer support and training quality Qualifications Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies Proven problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to complex issues Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Experience in training or instructional roles, especially in technical subjects Comfortable conducting live product demonstrations for varied audiences Team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to contribute to shared goals Our Company Vates is a French software company specializing in Open Source and virtualization with a deep commitment to open, collaborative development.
