At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identify emerging patterns that reveal untapped potential, and build next‑generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity. Base Pay Range $30.00/hr – $30.00/hr What You Will Be Doing Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours. Leading urgent intervention calls and facilitating post‑assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple errors, and sustain student engagement. Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while developing AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges. Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances. What You Won’t Be Doing Attending marathon meetings or delivering generic presentations disconnected from measurable results. Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach. Working solely at the strategic level without execution or becoming mired in repetitive duties—this position is tactical and fluid. Key Responsibilities Enhance student learning outcomes through AI‑powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network. Basic Requirements Proven experience in data science or a similar capacity, with education or EdTech experience, and a student‑facing role combining analytical and relational skills. Competence managing Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering). Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities, and a coaching approach suitable for children. Track record of creating workflows and automations using AI. Nice‑to‑Have Requirements Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data‑informed methods.
