**What you will be doing**
- Engineer an AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models
- Connect virtually with students to gather crucial insights for continuous platform enhancement
- Leverage AI/ML and learning science to extract actionable insights from platform data and design high-impact interventions
- Cultivate a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate academic insights into product improvements

**Key Responsibilities**
Spearhead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education across multiple campuses. Blend cutting-edge data analytics with regular student interaction to continuously refine our learning ecosystem. Success is measured by tangible improvements in AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership in education or EdTech sectors
- Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational tasks
- Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects
