BD Le Pont-de-Claix, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France Job Description Summary We are seeking an R&D Project Leader to manage small to medium‑scale, cross‑functional projects within our R&D team at Le Pont‑de‑Claix. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of product development projects, while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams to execute projects from concept through completion, managing scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop product requirements, risk management plans, and comprehensive project schedules. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Adapt methodologies and tools to enhance project outcomes and streamline execution. About You Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in R&D project management within a regulated environment. Strong knowledge of project management standards and tools. Professional fluency in English is required. Familiarity with financial tools such as IRR, NPV, and ROI. Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
