C.H. Robinson is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator for our office in Lyon.

As the Operations Coordinator you will perform operational tasks to meet the transportation needs of C.H. Robinson's customers and carriers. Focusing on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, tasks may support specific customers, vertical segments, or a centralized operations center.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- With a focus on quality and efficiency, executes tasks according to office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including:

- Creating orders
- Activating shipments
- Building and assigning loads
- Scheduling appointments
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Invoicing and updating financials
- Executing non-standardized activities related to carrier payments (T-cheks)
- Rejecting and canceling orders
- Updating and resolving events
- Booking, bouncing, and building load profiles
- Documents events using SOPs and experience
- Validates and ensures the accuracy of load data in systems according to company customer standards

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures
- Driven, enthusiastic, highly motivated and results focused
- Fluent in French and English (verbal & written communication skills)

**Preferred**:

- Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience in the logistics field
