VP of Solutions Engineering - Enterprise Blockchain Financial InfrastructureLocation: Remote – must be within the European Union (France or Paris preferred). Remote‑first office optional.Compensation: $190K – $285K per year.Join a stellar team of leaders and experts building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. This high‑impact strategic and hands‑on role will serve as the trusted technical advisor to CTOs, architects, and engineering teams at banks, fintechs, and other enterprises.As VP of Solutions Engineering you will sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success, comfortably white‑boarding ideas, writing code examples, and engaging with customers. Your role is to architect complex integrations, guide secure deployment, and drive successful, scaled adoption by pairing deep technical expertise with executive‑level communication skills.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Guidance – guide financial institutions through safe and seamless onboarding to our platform.Architecture Design – architect secure, scalable deployment pathways that fit into complex legacy and modern systems.Hands‑On Support – provide troubleshooting, fixing, and building solutions alongside client teams.Pre‑Sales Partnership – collaborate closely with sales to design technical proposals, demos, and RFP responses.Documentation & Standards – maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides to industry standards.Feedback Loop – gather client feedback, analyze competitors, and translate insights into product and API improvements.Thought Leadership – represent the company at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings as a technical SME.Requirements10+ years in solutions engineering, forward‑deployed engineering, or enterprise integration with proven leadership experience.Proven track record helping financial institutions deploy mission‑critical systems.Proficient in TypeScript or similar languages with strong REST API experience.Deep knowledge of cloud‑native systems (AWS essential; GCP/IBM/other a plus); experience with microservices and serverless architectures.Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver under pressure; excellent communication bridging technical and business stakeholders.Preferred: knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and financial workflows.Plus: relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) and multilingual fluency.BenefitsCompetitive salary of $190K–$285K per year.Generous equity package (100–200 stock options vested over 4 years).Remote‑first EU-based role with optional office.Comprehensive healthcare, pension plan, and travel expense coverage.Equipment: MacBook Pro essential equipment.Executive‑level impact driving the adoption of next‑generation financial infrastructure.Employment TypeFull‑TimeCommitment to Equality and AccessibilityWe are committed to offering equal opportunities to all candidates and to ensuring accessible job adverts.
