This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving global transformation and strengthening cross-brand collaboration. Acting as the Business Process Owner for all Fashion Operations processes, the role ensures consistency, scalability, and efficient implementation of the operating model across all maisons. The position holds direct responsibility for Customer Service, Logistics, and Sourcing Strategies, with a strong focus on developing an operational model that preserves each maison’s creative identity. Key Responsibilities Operations Business Process Owner: Defines the end-to-end fashion operations process model, establishes standards, KPIs, governance tools; harmonizes critical paths, planning frameworks, decision-making protocols; ensures compliance, sustainability, and quality standards. Consolidates sourcing requirements and builds a mutually agreed supplier panel; leads group contracts; homologates suppliers from compliance, quality, and process perspective. Customer Service & Logistics: Manages global Logistics and Distribution; leads Customer Service operations; ensures consistent luxury experience; guarantees supply continuity, service excellence, cost-to-serve optimization; deploys tools and performance dashboards. Transformation, Digitalization & Process Excellence: Leads transformation and digitalization programs (PLM evolution, visibility tools, advanced planning); introduces continuous improvement methodologies; reduces fragmentation, increases transparency. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Central coordination for all maisons; mentors operational leaders; fosters unified operational culture; promotes communities of practice. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Fashion or Business Administration; Master’s degree in Operations, Luxury Management, or Business Administration preferred. Professional Experience: 15+ years in fashion operations, ideally within a luxury brand or multi-brand group; proven experience leading Customer Service, Logistics, and/or Sourcing functions; deep knowledge of luxury product development cycle, production, sourcing, supply chain; significant experience consolidating supplier ecosystems and negotiating group-level agreements; ability to work effectively with creative teams; strong strategic and operational mindset; ability to structure, simplify, bring clarity; excellent communication, stakeholder management, influence without authority; high attention to detail; cultural sensitivity; fluent in English; Spanish/French preferred.
