This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving global transformation and strengthening cross-brand collaboration.Acting as the Business Process Owner for all Fashion Operations processes, the role ensures consistency, scalability, and efficient implementation of the operating model across all maisons.The position holds direct responsibility for Customer Service, Logistics, and Sourcing Strategies, with a strong focus on developing an operational model that preserves each maison's creative identity.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Business Process Owner:The role defines the end-to-end fashion operations process model, from design to customer service, and ensures its effective deployment across all maisons. It establishes and implements operational standards, best practices, KPIs, and governance tools, while harmonizing critical paths, planning frameworks, and decision-making protocols. The role also ensures the consistent application of compliance, sustainability, and quality standards.Sourcing Management (Sourcing Strategy):The role consolidates the sourcing requirements of each fashion house and builds a mutually agreed supplier panel that meets the needs of all maisons. It leads the development of group contracts and agreements with key suppliers to leverage scale while preserving craftsmanship and essential competencies. The role also homologates suppliers from a compliance, quality, and process perspective.Customer Service & Logistics (Direct Functional Responsibility):The role manages Logistics and Distribution globally for Fashion and leads Customer Service operations in line with each fashion house's particularities, while ensuring a consistent luxury experience across all channels and regions. It guarantees supply continuity, service excellence, and cost-to-serve optimization, and deploys tools and performance dashboards that enhance operational visibility across all maisons.Transformation, Digitalization & Process Excellence:The role leads transformation and digitalization programs, including PLM evolution, supply chain visibility tools, and advanced planning systems. It introduces continuous improvement methodologies tailored to the luxury fashion environment and reduces process fragmentation while increasing transparency and performance visibility across brands.Leadership & Stakeholder Management:The role serves as the central point of coordination for all fashion houses' operational matters and mentors operational leaders to foster a unified operational culture across all maisons. It promotes communities of practice and the adoption of best-in-class operational standards.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Fashion or Business Administration.Master's degree in Operations, Luxury Management, or Business Administration preferred.Professional Experience:15+ years of experience in fashion operations, ideally within a luxury brand or multi-brand group.Proven experience directly leading Customer Service, Logistics, and / or Sourcing functions.Deep knowledge of luxury product development cycle, small-batch production, atelier management, sourcing, and supply chain, fabric knowledge and high end / fashion / RTW development.Significant experience consolidating supplier ecosystems and negotiating group-level agreements.Ability to work effectively with creative teams and within maison-level governance structures.Skills & Competencies:Strong strategic and operational mindset.Ability to structure, simplify, and bring clarity to complex environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Influence without authority.High attention to detail and quality.Cultural sensitivity and strong collaboration capabilities.Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French preferred.
