Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) Manager for France, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will influence ER/LR policy and lead complex labor relations with local Works Councils, unions, and management teams.
This role partners with BUHR, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws, develop standard processes, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging AI awareness and data analytics. Travel up to 5% may be required.
