A ce titre, vous veillez à la satisfaction des clients et à l’atteinte des objectifs de satisfaction, qualité et revenu Services sur ce portefeuille.**Missions :*** Être le premier point de contact de ses clients sur les données ainsi que sur les outils de Business Intelligence IQVIA* Former et assister ses clients afin qu'ils connaissent et utilisent au mieux les bases de données IQVIA en vue d’assurer la meilleure expérience possible* S’inscrire dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue de nos offres (projets internes, service review,…)* Réaliser des analyses spécifiques sur les marchés des clients, afin de mettre en perspective les données et assurer la bonne compréhension et exploitation de la donnée* Collaborer avec l'ensemble des départements en vue de résoudre au mieux les problématiques clients* Mettre en place des plans d’action pour atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe Customer Success* Etablir des devis relatifs aux services associés et conseiller les commerciaux notamment sur la faisabilité et le budget service associé* Être acteur/actrice du partage d’expériences au sein de l’équipe* Être la voix du client au sein du département data pour participer aux réflexions sur les besoins d’innovation* S’assurer de la qualité des livrables à destination des clients, en relation avec l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués**Profil :**• Formation : Bac +5 de formation commerciale et/ou scientifique • Expérience : une expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique et/ou la relation commerciale serait appréciée • Qualités requises : esprit d’équipe, sens du service, aisance relationnelle, gestion des priorités et des situations difficiles, compétences rédactionnelles, qualités d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, écoute, • Langues : anglais courant • Connaissance des outils informatiques : maîtrise d’Excel et du Pack Office, idéalement d’Access, outils de Business IntelligenceIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
