The founding team Evan – CEO, ex‑Principal at BCG Julien – CPO, ex‑Lead Data Scientist at BCG Simon – CTO, serial entrepreneur & seasoned tech leader Senior Operations Associate – Your Mission Your mission revolves around two main pillars: 1️⃣ Client Relations Assist, advise and respond to enquiries from investors and customers, dealing with complex issues for demanding audiences. Help startup founders or fund managers ensure smooth onboarding and vehicle creation and support their investment‑related enquiries. Interact with our customers’ customers, the investors, on their questions. 2️⃣ Operations & Administration Legal incorporation of investment vehicles. Coordinate with banks, notaries, and domiciliation partners. Investor KYC and compliance checks. Continuous improvement of internal processes. The challenges Fast timelines: launch each deal in under a week. High expectations: top‑tier founders and investors. Complexity: highly regulated, multi‑stakeholder environment. Multitasking: balancing priorities and incoming requests simultaneously across deals. Education: Master’s degree in Business or equivalent (Finance/Operations major a plus). Experience: 5 years in operations or client‑facing roles, ideally in fintech, legal tech, or VC. Languages: fluent in French and English.
