In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Northern European market by driving sales for innovative SaaS solutions. Accountabilities Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers. Drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product‑qualified leads for self‑hosted Enterprise plans. Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT. Proactively develop and improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral. Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless flow of customer feedback. Requirements 6+ years of sales experience at a BtoB SaaS company, including at least 2 years of complex Enterprise sales. Proven ability to close 5‑6 figure deals and maintain a high performance record. Experience managing an ARR quota of +800K. Highly tech‑savvy with a capability to sell to technical stakeholders and an understanding of coding or engineering. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
