Your role
We are looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Analyst who will, within the Employee Benefits (EB) Insurance team, participate in assessing the risks associated with the Group’s global workforce.
In collaboration with the HR Compensation & Benefit departments, you will contribute to the development, optimization and implementation of the necessary insurance coverage, optimizing employee benefit programs to ensure competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. You will also support the integration of selected employee benefits into the company’s reinsurance captive.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage different insured EB plans renewals for a geographical perimeter
- Manage insured EB specific projects in a harmonization context
- Manage Master insurance policies such as Business Travel Accident
- Conduct and supervise the broker assessments and related feesEnsure compliance with Group standards
- Development and administration of reporting and communication tools
- Participate in the launch of the EB line of EL captive
- Participate in the control of the captive underwriting document
Main requirements:
- Graduate of a Bac+5 oriented in insurance, compensation & benefits, economics, statistics or actuarial science
- Having min. professional experience of 5 years in the field of actuarial science or underwriting of an insurance company or in a consulting or audit firm in the field of insurance or in a department Management controlling.
- Strong understanding of insurance mechanisms, policy wording, underwriting principles, and claims processes.
- Proven experience managing multiple benefit programs and external vendors
- Solid understanding of employee benefits frameworks and HR best practices
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret benefits data and costs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain complex benefit information
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
