Are you passionate about helping French enterprises transform their businesses through Generative AI and Machine Learning? AWS France is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our GenAI and AI / ML business across the country.Position OverviewAs the GenAI / AI / ML Leader for France, you will build and lead the sales strategy for AWS' AI / ML and GenAI products through a senior team. You'll be responsible for driving the most critical AI / ML engagements, working with partners, and building initiatives that deliver results for our customers.Key job responsibilitiesLead and develop the AWS AI / ML business strategy across FranceBuild and manage a team of AI / ML specialists across key market segmentsDrive customer adoption through sales strategiesEngage with C-suite executives, data scientists, and technical leadersDevelop compelling ROI and business cases for AWS GenAI solutionsPartner with major system integrators and technology partnersIdentify and develop new market opportunities and GenAI use casesProvide strategic input to product teams based on customer feedbackWork closely with Database, Analytics, and Storage teamsOwn revenue targets and business growth objectivesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or business development in software / cloud / SaaSProven track record of leading and developing high-performing teamsExperience working with Data Scientists and ML professionals2+ years of AI sales or business development experienceStrong understanding of AI / ML technologies and business applicationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in French and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with AWS AI / ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q for Business)Leadership experience in consulting or large enterprise organizationsTrack record of building and scaling business operationsExperience speaking at industry conferences and eventsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAmazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
