We are looking for a Market Access Senior Specialist to perform activities related to Market Access requiring specific scientific experience and skills in the health products sector in line with the requirements of European and French regulations.

**Senior Specialist, Market Access - French market**

**Your Job**
- Stay up to date with applicable legislations in France (pricing and reimbursement dossiers), Accord Cadre, impact EU HTA regulation
- Track scientific developments relevant for the portfolio of clients
- Be able to manage dossiers with a high level of autonomy
- Be able to act as lead contact person for identified clients
- Prepare or contribute to the writing and review of pricing and reimbursement dossiers for medicines and medical devices
- Support regarding the follow-up of dossiers
- Support regarding digital platforms for Pricing and Reimbursement submissions
- Monitoring of legislations and guidelines applicable to Market Access France, including European legislations and guidelines
- Participate in working meetings with clients to solve the client’s issues
- Be actively involved in internal meetings with Cencora-Pharmalex project teams

**Your Profile**
- Successful completion of Pharmacist’s diploma or a scientific Master’s degree, or in some cases a specialized bachelor’s degree, a HEOR/ Market Access Master 2 is preferable
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience and project management experience
- Native French is a must; Good English knowledge
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory requirements for medicinal products
- Distinctly strong service orientation
- Content-related experience in several relevant areas of market access
- Ability to manage one or several projects with limited guidance
- Autonomous approach to work, flexibility and dedication
- Diplomacy, ability to communicate and integrate in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills and intrinsic motivation
- Ability to manage internal and external (client) relationships on operational / day-to-day working level
- Good knowledge of the MS-Office package
- Professional communication skills (written and verbally)
- Capability to point out issues and provide potential options for solution in the area of expertise
