Our mission: Within the ATR Supply Chain organization, reporting to the Aerostructures supply chain leader, you’ll: Be accountable for on‑time and on‑quality performance of suppliers: deliver in FAL (primary flow), create and issue ordering documents (PO, call‑up), provide forecasts, monitor partner work‑in‑progress, key performance indicators, manage recovery plans for late deliveries, assess risks, and mitigate crises. Produce and report metrics to internal stakeholders (program, configuration, FAL, program) and internal customers. Participate in ATR’s continuous improvement plan, leading selected improvement projects. Occasional business trips. About you – Qualifications and Experience: Supply Chain / Logistics degree (master or equivalent) with at least 5 years in supply chain. Experience in aeronautic or automotive industry. CPIM certification is a plus. Skills: Ability to convince and negotiate. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Prioritisation of activities. In‑depth knowledge of supply‑chain, operation, planning processes (APICS CPIM). Lean background. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus. Experience producing and automating KPIs using SAP, Airsupply, Power BI, and preparing monthly reports. Partner management.
