En tant que Manager HR & Transformation : Vous portez l'offre de la BU HR & Transformation auprès de ses clients en incarnant une ou plusieurs des expertises suivantes : Stratégie et Performance RH : schéma directeur RH, organisation de la fonction RH, Strategic Workforce Planning, optimisation des processus RH Digital RH : schéma directeur SIRH, aide au choix, pilotage de projets, accompagnement à la mise en œuvre et au déploiement Transformation du travail : nouveaux modes de travail, QVT, responsabilité sociétale, inclusion et diversité Ingénierie sociale : stratégie sociale dans le cadre de projets de réorganisation et restructuration, négociation sociale Change : accompagnement des transformations complexes (fusions-acquisitions, réorganisations, transformations digitales, évolution des métiers…) Formation : conception et déploiement d'offres de formation, conseil aux Directions Formation Mutation d'entreprise & transformation complexe : plan stratégique d'entreprise, organisation et gouvernance, pilotage des mutations, appui aux restructurations, Post Merger Intégration Vous pilotez et apportez une contribution opérationnelle à une ou plusieurs missions : Effectuer le cadrage d'un projet et en définir la structure (objectifs, planning, chantiers, rôles de l'équipe, attribution des charges, etc.) Gérer le pilotage d'un ou plusieurs projets et contribuer aussi bien à leur supervision qu’à leur réalisation, apportant expertise méthode et créativité. Assurer conjointement le reporting vers le client, le respect des engagements et le suivi de la consommation des charges. Vous contribuez activement au développement interne de la BU HR & Transformation, notamment : Participez au développement commercial notamment en animant la relation client sur les missions existantes et en prenant part au développement de nouvelles opportunités. Contribuez activement au développement et au marketing des offres de la BU HR & Transformation en externe comme en interne. Animez et encadrez les équipes en mission comme en interne. Participez au développement des compétences des collaborateurs. Contribuez au recrutement. Qualifications : Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de management, université ou école d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 6 ans dans le conseil ou auprès de Direction des Ressources Humaines sur des projets d'envergure. Vous êtes doté(e) d'une capacité à travailler en équipe, d'une ouverture d'esprit, d'un sens de l'analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l'excellence, l'entrepreneuriat, l'innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l'équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.
