Set and design the vision and strategy for the best impact for user and business. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance communication, HR services, operational efficiency or integrations. Champion AI adoption by inspiring colleagues and stakeholders. Design end-to-end experience by leading the full design process from discovery to delivery. Deeply understand users through research. Facilitate alignment by running workshops and building consensus. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers and Engineers. Elevate design maturity by contributing to consistency and craft across the platform. Skills Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with strong end‑to‑end UX and UI skills. Demonstrated expertise in AI applications in product design. Passion for staying ahead of AI developments. Ability to use data and insights to make decisions. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams. A portfolio showcasing design leadership. Excellent communication in English. Bonus Familiarity with mobile UX. Experience with frontline or non‑desk worker audiences. Fluency in French and/or German.
