You'll act as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across France to meet customers, partners, and prospects.RequirementsIT Expertise : Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT operations management, IT security, and observability.Consulting Experience : Previous experience in a technical consulting role, particularly in IT operations management and IT security.Monitoring & Security Tools : Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platforms is essential.Presentation Skills : Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
