Responsibilities Guarantee a relevant offer, adapted seasonality and quality offer Define annual performance commitments and objectives: quantitative and qualitative Manage the quality of the partner’s service and ensure the partner’s commitments based on our KPIs Plan year‑round routines and share them with partners Implement action plans to develop performance Define ambitious commitments and objectives (Quantitative and Qualitative) Negotiate and develop the sale of partner services in the Decathlon by Marketplace service catalog (Logistics, Retail media, etc.) Debrief each campaign with your partners Regular meetings with partners where you identify opportunities, align objectives and take actions Look for and promote synergies between you, other countries and the headquarters Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal offers aligned with category goals Qualifications Sport is a significant part of your daily life College / University degree You bring at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and / or account management Experience with marketplaces, ideally with Mirakle platform Fluent in both spoken and written English and Hungarian Market- and customer‑oriented way of thinking and attitude and good organizational skills Benefits Flexible Working: You benefit from flexible working hours and hybrid work 51% in the office / month Carrier Path: With our support and trust, we give you the opportunity to achieve your individual career path with the help of our training system and by expanding your scope of responsibilities Well‑being: Free and discounted sports opportunities nationwide.
