A Day in the Life You report to the S&OP Manager and lead the S&OP process in our Operations Headquarters in Clichy to ensure product availability while optimising stock and service. You Will Demand & Forecast Management: Analyse and consolidate demand and stock parameters from subsidiaries; ensure demand framing and monitor weekly/monthly variations. Supply & Production Alignment: Define production priorities with factories, confirm MAD plan, challenge capacity constraints (batch/run sizes, queuing) and recommend corrective actions. Inventory & Catalogue Ownership: Manage catalogue rationalization, set and govern stock parameters across the supply chain, and arbitrate dispatch decisions during shortages. Launches & Performance & Reporting: Coordinate launches with cross‑functional teams, track S&OP KPIs (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory), analyse performance and propose improvements. We Are Looking For You are a decisive S&OP leader who influences across functions and drives continuous improvement.
