We’re looking for a hands‑on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy, and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. Mission Your mission is to architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Key Responsibilities Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offer‑market fit. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on; map them out and oversee implementation. Set up tracking, verify flows, ensure machine works before scaling budgets. Conduct relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, analyze, and iterate. Proactively hunt friction points in the user journey; audit, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately. Design and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging. Ensure data integrity and learnings compound over time. Explore and scale new acquisition channels, maximizing profitability and volume (ROI/ROAS). Serve as client of the Content Factory: analyze ad performance, provide data‑backed briefs, identify winning angles, and scale aggressively. Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content flows. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Act as a player‑coach leader: manage the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM), spark strategy, copy angles, and technical execution. Build your team by sourcing talent, managing, training, and letting go as necessary. Align growth with sales quality: prioritize high‑intent leads, set up feedback loops with the Sales Team Lead, and stop low‑value campaigns. Tools you’ll master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, & any tool that reveals hidden insights. KPIs you’ll own LTV / CAC ratio Funnel conversion rates by stage X experiments launched per week Desired Outcomes Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Continuous growth experimentation runs. A predictable growth engine. Experience Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, activation, or conversion.
