Customer Identity LeadAs the Customer Identity Lead within the IT Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing Pluxee's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet.What you’ll be doingSolution Design & Development – Design, develop, and maintain CIAM solutions using OIDC and OAuth2 protocols; ensure high standards in automation, scalability, and system performance.Infrastructure & Application Management – Implement and maintain CIAM infrastructure and applications across environments; create and manage technical documentation, runbooks, and support manuals.Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and security teams as well as external clients to gather requirements and provide tailored technical solutions; plan and oversee deployment of the CIAM solution to various local development teams across regions; conduct architecture reviews with local teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards; support integration with client-facing applications, ensuring secure, seamless user experiences.Project & Delivery Management – Lead project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with client requirements and organizational objectives.Security & Compliance – Ensure CIAM solutions meet security best practices, including regular audits and remediation plans; work closely with internal security teams to proactively identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities.Agile & SAFe Practices – Apply Agile methodology to manage development workflows and promote collaboration across teams; leverage SAFe to coordinate with other programs and ensure alignment with company-wide standards, roadmaps, and goals.Educational & Experience Requirements – A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in IAM/CIAM roles within international and complex environments, ideally with a mix of project delivery and operational support.Technical Skills – Hands-on experience with CIAM technologies such as Azure AD B2C, Okta, Ping Identity or Auth0; deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, FIDO2) and best practices in identity governance and security; experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD practices, and DevSecOps collaboration; familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe; proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and a solid understanding of project management principles; strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value; highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, reporting, and presentation abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and proactive mindset; growth-oriented attitude.Languages – Fluent English required; French is a plus.LocationIssy-les-Moulineaux, Île-de-France, France (Hybrid)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesConsumer ServicesWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
