Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead our Pedestrian (BSP) division in the Mediterranean region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Sales Executive BSP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, preferably in Industrial Doors and Docking Systems. Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet sales target deadlines. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share. Customer Engagement and Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop actionable insights to guide sales strategies. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Living in Antalya. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial door or related industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software, Autocad. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel as required.
