<div><p>Referentie 5704595 |Gecreëerd op 02 januari 2026</p><ul><li>Beroepengroep : Administratie en boekhouding / Secretariaat, kantoorwerk en administratie van het personeel</li></ul><h3>Beschrijving van de functie</h3><p>Als Loonbeheerder/Payroll Consultant heb je volgende taken:</p><ul><li>je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille;</li><li>zorg je voor een permanent contact, per telefoon of per email, met je klanten</li><li>be>heer je het klantenbestand in ons computersysteem;</li><li>verzorg je de administratieve opvolging van de aanvragen van de klanten, ook ten opzichte van de officiële instanties;</li><li>zorg je voor het goede verloop van het berekeningsproces van de lonen in functie van de inlichtingen die de werkgever doorgeeft;</li><li>zorg je voor loonsimulaties</li><li>help je bij het opstellen van het arbeidsreglement;</li><li>adviseer je de klanten met betrekking tot het Belgisch arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving met betrekking tot hun dossier;</li><li>neem je deel aan het organiseren van interne evenementen om het kantoor verder te ontwikkelen;</li><li>participeren aan het bedrijfsleven, door actief deel te nemen aan teamvergaderingen en als je daar interesse voor hebt, organiseren van Teambuilding activiteiten.</li></ul><p>Voor deze functie zoeken we geen ervaring, maar een persoonlijkheid :</p><ul><li>een persoon met de nodige dosis teamgeest en klantgerichtheid;</li><li>die de klassieke technologische tools (Outlook, Internet, Excel ...) beheerst en klaar is om onze interne toepassingen te ontdekken en te gebruiken;</li><li>bereid is om zijn kennis van sociale wetgeving en loonberekening in de praktijk om te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen;</li><li>die leergierig, nauwkeurig en commercieel gericht is en ook een sterk gevoel voor humor heeft;</li><li>sich weet te identificeren met onze waarden: respect, verantwoordelijkheid en positivisme</li><li>die zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans heeft en ofwel een opleiding in human resources heeft gevolgd, ofwel een eerste ervaring in payroll heeft</li></ul><h3>Taalvaardigheden</h3><h3>Nederlands (troef)</h3><ul><li>Begrijpen : Vaardig - (C1)</li><li>Schrijven : Vaardig - (C1)</li><li>Lezen : Vaardig - (C1)</li><li>Spreken : Vaardig - (C1)</li><li>Begrijpen : Onafhankelijk - (B1)</li><li>Schrijven : Onafhankelijk - (B1)</li><li>Lezen : Onafhankelijk - (B1)</li><li>Spreken : Onafhankelijk - (B1)</li></ul><h3>Voordelen van de betrekking</h3><p>Salary Solution biedt je:</p><ul><li>een contract van onbepaalde duur</li><li>Diverse opleidingen om de functie van loonbeheerder te beheersen</li><li>Work-life balance (telewerken tot 2 dagen per week )</li><li>Extra-legale voordelen zoals :</li><li>- Maaltijdcheques</li><li>- Groepsverzekering</li><li>- Variabel loon op basis van je resultaten;</li><li>- Mobiliteitsbudget na 12 maanden anciënniteit ;</li><li>- Deelname in de winst ;</li></ul><p>Wil je meer weten over dit beroep of over een beroep dat erop lijk?
