Elle se positionne comme leader mondial sur un marché de niche en pleine expansion, avec une ambition forte de croissance à l’international (notamment aux États-Unis). POURQUOI LES REJOINDRE ? Environnement technique rare : combinaison hardware, IA embarquée et mission à impact Poste clé au sein du comité de direction Equipe technique expérimentée et passionnée Marché de niche en pleine explosion, rentabilité en ligne de mire Package incluant des BSPCE et perspectives d’évolution fortes LA MISSION Management : Structurer et piloter les opérations de déploiement et MCO à l’international Coordonner les installations avec les techniciens externes Gérer les relations avec des clients industriels majeurs Encadrer 2 personnes (déploiement & MCO) et un réseau de partenaires Adapter les pratiques internes à la croissance Piloter les projets transverses avec les équipes techniques, produit et commerciale Outils & process : Piloter les KPIs via ERP et outil de ticketing (en cours de transition) Evaluer et faire évoluer la stack outils et les pratiques de gestion de projets Partenaires externes : Gérer les prestataires logistiques (packaging, stockage, expéditions) Développer un réseau de partenaires techniques en France, Europe et Amérique du Nord Relations avec la direction : Collaborer étroitement avec la CEO sur les décisions stratégiques Participer aux réunions bi-mensuelles du comité de direction PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Formation d’ingénieur impérative (mécanique, électrique, électronique, mécatronique) 7 à 15 ans d’expérience en environnement hardware / IoT / produit physique Forte culture terrain et capacité à mettre en place des best practices (logistique, ERP, déploiement, maintenance) Solides compétences en gestion de projet et coordination transverse Anglais courant / fluent, posture stratégique et opérationnelle à la fois Bon fit humain, adaptabilité à un environnement exigeant et en forte croissance MODALITÉS Localisation : Paris (télétravail partiel possible) Contrat : CDI Salaire : 70 k€–100 k€ selon profil + BSPCE Début : dès que possible PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT 1er échange avec la Talent (cadrage, attentes, réalité PME) Entretien technique avec le CTO et l’équipe ops Etude de cas opérationnelle avec le Directeur Hardware Entretien fit CODIR avec Sales Director et Product Director Fit culturel essentiel, fort niveau d’exigence sur l’humain #J-18808-Ljbffr
