Consultant, Senior

Overview

We are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant who can combine strong technical skills with leadership and client-facing expertise. You will not only deliver world-class PLM solutions with Infor, but also help shape and lead our growing PLM practice, mentoring team members and contributing to pre-sales engagements. You’ll work hands-on with systems, run complex queries (e.g., SQL), and guide clients through the full lifecycle — from discovery to go-live and beyond.

Role: Consultant, Senior (PLM focus) at Infor.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementations, from workshops and configuration to testing and go-live
• Configure Infor PLM to align with client processes and industry needs
• Run and optimize complex system queries (SQL and related tools)
• Design and document configuration, migration, and extension strategies
• Define, test, and implement custom extensions
• Craft training, cutover, and transition plans for smooth adoption
• Support pre-sales activities: demos, proposals, and solution design discussions
• Act as a mentor for the PLM consulting team
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive issue management, and industry best-practice recommendations

Who You Are

• Fluent in French & English; Spanish or Italian is a plus
• 3 - 5+ years of PLM or equivalent technical/functional consulting experience
• Proven ability to work hands-on with systems, data, and queries (SQL)
• Experience with open-source PLM projects or related platforms (e.g., OpenPLM, DocDokuPLM, Odoo PLM) is highly valued
• Strong client-facing skills, able to run workshops, trainings, and presales sessions
• Comfortable with travel as needed
