As a Voice AI Solutions Engineer, you will be the driver of the success of our customers, from initial business exchanges to implementation and expansion. Faced with the diversity of our customers and their needs, you will transform sometimes vague objectives into concrete and effective solutions. You'll dive into the complexity of each business to create tailor-made voice journeys, deploy them quickly, and then gradually expand their adoption across the organization. In full growth, we already serve prestigious customers in various sectors in France and Europe.ResponsibilitiesPre-sales partner (25%)• Participate in discovery calls and understand the business needs of prospects• Design integration diagrams and demonstrate the value of our solution• Evaluate technical feasibility and define a realistic implementation plan• Collaborate with the sales team to close salesTechnical implementation (40%)• Design and develop voice paths adapted to the specificities of the client• Integrate our solution with existing APIs and systems (CRM, etc.)• Test rigorously to ensure a natural and effective “Volubile tone”• Analyze real calls and continuously optimize performanceCoordination and follow-up (15%)• Orchestrate collaboration between internal and external teams• Establish clear timelines and monitor progress consistently• Document best practices and contribute to our knowledge base• Ensure that each project meets its goals on timeDevelopment and expansion (20%)• Identify new use opportunities for existing customers• Quantify the value generated and share these insights with the customer• Develop expansion proposals and support the sales team• Build relationships of trust and become a strategic advisorDesired skillsExperience and skills• Proficiency in REST/JSON APIs and ability to write Python or Typescript scripts• Understanding of language models (LLM) and conversational AI (a plus)• Professional English to interact with international customersEssential qualities• Exceptional determination in the face of challenges and ability to find creative solutions• Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts at all levels• Organization, respect for deadlines and attention to detail• Passion for the user experience and the quality of interactionsDetermination is our key value If you are at the beginning of your career but demonstrate a capacity for rapid learning and exceptional motivation, do not hesitate to apply.
