Missions Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Screen resumes and application forms where needed Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed, support on all CoreHR administrational tasks Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) Support in organizing on-boarding. All tasks are not limited to the above. Support in organizing meetings/agendas for the VP or HR/HR Director Studio & Ateliers where needed Profil Internship 100% in Englih Familiarity with CoreHR and any internal databases Experience with MS Office Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Organizational skills Basics in Human Resources Management or similar field A flexibile and agile mindset 6 month, starting in January or March 2026.
