You’ll design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly. You’ll influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of the platform. You're the perfect fit if you have 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery. Full‑stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a specialisation in backend development. Member‑facing product expertise – you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object‑Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. A collaborative, team‑first mindset – you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing dynamic. Clear progression in your career – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Humble and still willing to grow. Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
