Combining CRO services with proprietary human skin and immune cell technologies, we generate high-quality human data in a dynamic international environment, with facilities in Toulouse, France and Salem, USA.

Join our service laboratory in Toulouse to support the execution of client studies through hands‑on experimental work. This is a 100% on-site bench position.

Responsibilities

• Perform tissue culture, cell culture, histology, biochemistry, and related laboratory experiments.
• Follow study plans, protocols, SOPs, and timelines.
• Prepare technical documents, worksheets, figures, tables, and study results in English.
• Record raw data accurately and ensure traceability.
• Report deviations, technical issues, or unexpected results to the manager.
• Support inventory management, consumable tracking, equipment maintenance, and lab organization.
• Contribute to SOPs, quality documentation, continuous improvement, and compliance with GLP, internal procedures, and safety rules.
• Participate in internal meetings and occasional production activities.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 / Bac+3 in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience in cell culture, tissue culture, histology, or similar laboratory techniques.
• Comfortable working in a regulated laboratory or CRO environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in scientific and technical English.
