In this onsite role, you will provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. This position follows a rotational shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat.Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information in a timely and professional manner.Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively and offering tailored solutions.Stay updated on product offerings and company services to provide accurate and relevant information.Accurately log customer interactions and follow up as necessary using the company’s CRM system.Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and improve overall service quality.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high standards of customer service.Keep informed of product updates and customer service trends to continuously improve service delivery.Requirements:Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00, on a rotational shift basis.Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.Competitive salary and benefits package.Set days off on Saturday and Sunday.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.A friendly and supportive team culture.Health and wellness programs.How to Apply:If you are fluent in French and passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you Please send your CV and cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
