French Senior Sales Representative with Team Leader

Funbutler is looking for a driven Senior Sales Representative to lead our establishment and growth on the French market. This is your chance to take on a central role in an innovative company and build a successful team from the ground up.
**About Funbutler**
Funbutler is the leading booking system for activity and entertainment centers in the Nordics, and we are rapidly expanding into new European markets. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution helps activity centers digitalize and streamline operations, focusing on booking, planning, and marketing. Our clients include trampoline parks, bowling alleys, indoor playgrounds, and large activity centers, all benefiting from improved efficiency and guest experiences.
**Your Role as Senior Sales Representative**
In this role, you will spearhead our efforts to establish Funbutler as a market leader in France. With a proactive and strategic approach, you will build prospect lists, book meetings, and drive sales from initial contact to close. Beyond sales, you will play a key role in developing our local presence by setting up the French office, recruiting, training, and leading a local sales team.
As Funbutler grows, you will have the opportunity to advance to the position of Sales Manager for French-speaking markets across Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales and Market Establishment**:
- Actively prospect and create target lists of potential customers within the play and leisure industry.
- Book and conduct high-impact sales meetings, both online and in-person.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to signing contracts
**Team Leadership**:
- Establish Funbutler’s office in France and take responsibility for its operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Lead and motivate the French sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
**Strategic Development**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, both operators and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of Funbutler’s long-term strategy for the French market.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to improve our SaaS platform.
**To Succeed in This Role, You Need**
- Proven sales experience in the play and leisure industry, either with a supplier or operator.
- A strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across France for client meetings.
**Additional Qualifications**
- Experience in SaaS solutions and digital sales.
- A strong understanding of the activity and entertainment sector’s needs.
- Ability to work from a home office or coworking space, preferably in Paris.
