Vous travaillerez au sein de notre siège situé au cœur de ParisVotre mission sera de contribuer à faire d’Havana Club une marque culte auprès de nos consommateurs et dans notre écosystème.Vos missions clés ?Participer à l’implémentation et la pertinence de l’expérience de marque (40%)L’été 2025 a été l’occasion de dérouler notre nouvelle expérience de marque dans les différents pays qui activent Havana Club, avec une présence record en festivals. Notre ambition pour 2026? Maintenir le cap Dans ce contexte: vous participerez activement à l’organisation de certaines activations Havana Club en festivals, et lorsque produit en local, vous soutiendrez les équipes locales des différents pays dans le déploiement de l’activation de marque afin d’assurer la cohérence de toutes nos expériences (réunion de présentation de l’activation Havana Club, suivi de la production locale, partage de guidelines et best practice, brief pour la création de contenu etc.).Vous travaillerez également avec votre manager et les équipes locales sur des reportings, pour mesurer le succès des différentes activations, et recommander des pistes d’expansion ou d’amélioration.Participer activement au développement de la stratégie Brand Advocacy (40%)En relation avec nos équipes internes et écosystème ainsi que les agences partenaires, vous participerez au développement des outils et à la gestion de la mise en place de nos initiatives visant à toucher la cible professionnelle et les leaders d’opinions de notre industrie.
