YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the Group, you will join the HR department supporting AXA’s Employee Value Proposition. Within this Department, you will be part of the Reward Team and provide support in the areas of reward for AXA’s top 300 Group Executives including working on many transversal and regulatory initiatives led by AXA Group. Provide support to the Group Reward team on transversal projects initiated by the HR family (data accuracy, reporting and analytical support) Executive Compensation Review : Support the Group Reward team maintain up to date individual files and compensation data on the various tools / database.Manage the various reporting requirements to support the annual ECR process including report creation and development.Evaluate the effectiveness of the ECR process through entity feedback.Maintain process maps and control checks in line with our internal control governance. Remuneration Policy: Support on Remuneration Policy topics such as Identified Staff management and contributions to the Annual Report.Assist on the revision of reward policies to align with AXA policy requirements. Remuneration reviews (ad hoc promotions, role expansions, mobilities): Preparation of reward package proposals which consists of benchmarking and weighing of positions with WTW and internal peer comparison.Contribute to the transfer and mobility processes of the GLN population. HRIS Project Analyst Manage data cleansing and accuracy validation activities.Manage ECR tool activities including communication notifications to entities via the tool.Help entities with questions and queries related to the tool usage. Fair Pay Provide analyst support on AXA ‘Fair Pay’ initiatives, data cleansing/validation and consolidation. Be reactive to support other Reward tasks as they arise depending on the period. YOUR PROFILE 2-5 years HR Experience, with Reward experience being a plus. Bilingual English. Advanced university degree in the field of human resources, or related discipline Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft EXCEL, be comfortable with reporting and analytic metric creation. Discreet attitude managing highly confidential informations Good collaborator. Ability to interact at all levels of the organization in a professional manner. Comfortable in a fast paced and ever-changing international environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
